They either figured out that my husband had been a CWS employee or finally decided not to pretend any longer that they did not know and contacted him. He provided some information as requested, but beyond that it was all, "Call us."

We felt that anything they wanted to communicate could be put in an email. They would not answer the question, "What do you want?" It was asked repeatedly.
