Remember, the attorney whose name is on the letter died before the period covered by the letter. If you die in August it is very hard to sign a letter for a quarter ending September 30th. Unless, of course they have a very unusual calendar. GLTA.

TTDZ - There is no way to spin this attorney letter. The letter is dated 1/30/14. It doesn't matter what period the letter covers, the date of the letter is what the signature goes with. You cannot sign a letter before it is drafted and it was obviously drafted on 1/30/14. That is clear. The attorney that signed the letter on 1/30/14 has been dead for months.

I see the letter has been made inactive now. Obviously the new scammers (or possibly the same old scammers) behind TTDZ realize their blunder.

So now I am the bad Guy for being on the ball and monitoring filings, geeesh man.... I have a life, Kids n family, been trading pinks for over 10yrs, I find material events that move stocks, if they end up being the act some fraudulent penny scammers then thats what it is, but there are many other legit small co's trying to make their way being public through the otc market, weeding out the scams vs the real deal I am all for, I was a bit taken back by your find and didnt quite believe it myself, but after further review it appears the Triton deal may just be some orchestrated scam, from the take over a week ago, to mmj this week, maybe scammers playing on the emotion of traders with Hot scenerio's.... I do remember it being used as a russian monely laundering scam or something a few yrs back, does anyone know who the new peeps are, the take over crew?

Maybe you should contact Lance Berger, I am sure he has great advice on how to prepare ones family when strange people show up at the door and Dad is off to court trying to keep the money he made on ill gotten gains. The wife is probably not going to be so nice after finding out that their husband was part of a scheme to defraud investors from their money, you know the grandma and grandpas who think they are buying the next Microsoft. I don’t know if he still answers PM or not but here is link to Lance, reach out and ask him how that disgorgement and ban is affecting him now and of course ask about his family and their thoughts about his theft.

Strange he used to post such material events as they were happen too, such service from a friendly IRP. Turns out he was colluding with inside parties to pump stock and orchestrate PRs and documents….. eerily similar to yesterday’s fraudulent letter…. Hmmmmmmm… kind of strange there was a link yesterday to the submission page as opposed to the actual file…lol…. Man I guess when it goes bad it really goes bad quickly, waiting for the third thing to drop at anytime in this mess.

Of course Gregory will sing like a canary once pressure is placed on him, just like Lance was put out by those he colluded with, turns out not everyone is so worried about protecting the whole scheme, but in fact protecting themselves.

The rest of the nonsense you posted about the letter is pure BULLSHIT! There is no getting around it, the same person who prepared that document also prepared all other documents filed that day, in fact they posted the two previous quarterlies from last year May and August respectively, before those documents. The letter states the opinion was formed on January 30th, 2014 based upon the quarterly disclosure filed on January 29th, 2014. All on the legal Letter head of a non existing office, an opinion and signature formed by a dead attorney who died 5 months prior… lol..

It is as fraudulent as you can get, not to mention how stupid could one possibly be to create such a document without at least checking to see if they were still a valid office let alone dead. The electronic digital signature on all documents leads to the same entity and I can guarantee if regulators move in he is going to spill it all and like good ole Lance when he used to send nasty PMs and even post how bullet proof he is…. Well you know the rest of the story.. Not so much….
