It wouldn't matter if they were on drugs or not, most can't see the Tiger in forest about to eat them. But in this case there is HUGE notice from one Regulator telling people there is a tiger in the forest and it will eat you. Like anything in life people ignore the obvious and take the risk anyway.

The SEC and FINRA doesn't consider it enforcement, but in fact a warning, if they all get suspended, halted or a DTC Global Lock placed on them nobody can say they were not warned in that event.

petermic, it is not just securities violations that these issuers are violating. They all do not have an effective 33 or 34 registration. Many of them are guilty of distribution of securities in a manner that violates Section 4 and Rule 144. Many of them are distributing unregistered securities.

In the one case I mentioned, it is not a securities violation. It is drug trafficking. They will be subject to not only drug trafficking but racketeering as well. I agree with you, there are all these pot companies with market caps bigger than the industry itself. The issue is, the government has the SEC, ATF, FBI, IRS as well as all the states involved trying to figure out what to do with them.

But I will garner a guess, there will be sealed indictments, and the arrests will all happen on the same date at 4am. It will be a big news date.

Pot companies that sell dirt and light bulbs probably will be fine. The rest are all conspirators.
