#36509 RE: Pharma Sleuth #36507

If you don't mind my asking, how can you break it down to something as simple as this?

you simply need the funding to develop the software and deal with this lawsuit payment.

At what point does one jump into a stock with what they think they understand as opposed to what they know?

And how does one go about really knowing anything about this particular pinksheet company?

For clarification, I ask because I make a distinction between gambling on a low priced pink in hopes of making a "multi bagger" versus investing in a viable transparent company because of it's basic fundamentals. Which includes it's current legal problems which may have an impact on said fundamentals.

So any basis of truth to the following? CORE wafer Systems has over 1,500 copies of their software installed worldwide, with a number of high-profile customers which include: Applied Materials (CA), TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor), Sematech International, Global Foundries, National Semiconductor (now part of TI), Texas Instruments, US Department of Defense (DMEA, Sacramento CA), Fujitsu (Japan), Intel (Rio Rancho NM), ON Semi (US), Charter Semi (Singapore) and Hewlett Packard.

ISSUES FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION: (On this Board and/or from Management's Mouth)

1) Uplisting ~~ How long before shareholders can expect this to happen?

2) How close is the company to obtaining the necessary funding to upgrade their technology programs and at what cost to additional outstanding shares?

3) How long before the company can reasonably expect a full resolution to their ongoing lawsuit?
