I was just being very specific....obviously if a rs occurred the stock would go up in price, market cap would be the same....so I wanted to be clear about my question. I don't really understand why this is at .001. I get the lawsuit settlement but as I currently understand it, you simply need the funding to develop the software and deal with this lawsuit payment.
