I think catz had it right: There is not much upside on a kkr deal already announced. It has been discounted already in the stock price. Having said that, none of the big volume buyers since December 9 appear to have come here for a few cents per share gain. If they or anyone will be thrilled or disappointed over the next few days' revelations, well, perhaps they should choose greener pastures....Sam
