I see your point. But I trust the lawyers and the company know that particular court and these particular judges better than us, and would not put out a PR prematurely unless they were 100% sure that the outcome is solidified. Maybe two positive recommendations result in an automated or expedited ruling in that particular court ecosystem, or maybe Oing has already pitched in as well. If there is no other date scheduled for two days following the event, maybe there isn't even going to be another date. My point here is that if the company and their lawyers signed-off on this PR, IR has become a non-issue for the company. That's the bottom line.

IRONRIDGE MAY OBJECT..BUTwill it be economically feasable for them to continue. They lost today, and usually the looser pays court costs and attorney fees for the winner. Ironridge's questions will be is it worth it, financially? If they are crooks and theives, I think they are also good money managers, and have weighed the cost of continuing..

Of the two judges, I would have thought Gamerrman would give them the most consideration of the two. Oing seems put off by IR from the get go. iron Ridge is wasting time and effort to even bother. They are done kaput toast. They will pay damages in the end the harder they press if they even chose too.

The case isn't over until Judge oing makes a final ruling. Are you kidding? You seem to have forgotten judge oing pronouncements during the preliminaries. I do not for see him overruling this.
