I see your point. But I trust the lawyers and the company know that particular court and these particular judges better than us, and would not put out a PR prematurely unless they were 100% sure that the outcome is solidified. Maybe two positive recommendations result in an automated or expedited ruling in that particular court ecosystem, or maybe Oing has already pitched in as well. If there is no other date scheduled for two days following the event, maybe there isn't even going to be another date. My point here is that if the company and their lawyers signed-off on this PR, IR has become a non-issue for the company. That's the bottom line.
