No "filings" since 2011, been disclosures after that but Matt went dark again with his last disclosure dated Oct. 4, 2012.

Dwyer's last filing was a D form where he tells the SEC that BCRAP has no revenue in 2011 and the "filing" before that was a form to stop filing with the SEC on 11/19/2008 SIGNED/DATED by Dwyer.
A 5 year+ scam with a 2 year plan.

Next we'll be talking about a "shortsqueeze" and a "buyout." ROTFL
