I think so too.. What arrangement would necessitate creating a mechanism for complete control (series F) AND clearing debt AND opening up much more equity space....
the something huge brewing is a MASSIVE sell-off. anything short of a $500 million cytori type deal announced BEFORE the OPEN tomorrow will send this plummeting...
this is disaster unless its a mega MEGA deal

imo, the probable reason for the massive a/s raise is the poor credit of the company. they need shares to secure financing because they keep defaulting. this kind of financing is ultra TOXIC. ironically, we were in court today for just that same problem...
on the bright side...it is possible this is the big deal we have all been waiting for. either way there should be some nice trading opportunities coming up here as this plays out.
