It will be very interesting to see how the market reacts tomorrow. Keep in the mind this is not new news. This was already discussed once last Wednesday when somebody posted that the company approved the increase of authorized shares to 3.5 billion.

Without the pre-market PR it might very well drop tomorrow. But in the long run, the company seems to be at its most active stage right now, with as many major developments going on as ever, which WILL be reflected in the PPS once the initial panic dust settles.
