Some mention of FNMA or FHFA or Housing Financing may get into the speech
Do we know if it would be positive or negative for us equity holders - common or other
My concern
I do not expect a supremely new positive surprise
He could repeat his support for current bills and wind down (whatever that word means but here not good)
or
He could mention it - and instead of wind down - say F and F and other parts of housing finance need reform - and F and F can not stay as they were - but NOT support wind down
I have no way to put odds on anyting v nothing - and the positive v negative - and what impact on price a repeat of past words would be or what impact on price a softer wording on the type of change (e,g, space for F and F to live smaller but healthy)
This might mean we see some selling at the end of day as its likely the potential of all that NOT calculable odss is avoidance of big down
I likely will thin 20% (which still puts me massively above the money I used to have on the table)
This is in no way advice for others - and I hope I make money - tons of it - on Wed on what I kept - but I need to smooth out this roller coaster a bit by taking some handsome profits
