I can envision the Prez commenting on the general improvement of the housing market with related comments regarding the repayment of the "bailout" without mention of "winding down, etc." Instead he could offer a diluted generic declaration that the GOV is working on legislation to prevent this from happening again...and everybody stands up and clap!!!
