First of all, no one has both breadth and depth in this field IMO. My forte is breadth in this subject area I think when compared to a true Subject Matter Expert IMO. But it was kind of you to pay the compliment.

Second, I like your enhancement. Strategically, I think continuing customers come from having enhanced capabilities, not a sexy product. So I was taught to sell capabilities and not products. But it does confuse most folks who hear it. The full phrase is probably "reliable product-specific capabilities" I think. For example, that is what will give the BiB the edge in competition with the STMPAS I think (IMO). Go to the LTASCorp web site media page and look at the 1,000 lb plus STMPAS winch. Then compare it to the BiB setup. "Reliable, product-specific capabilities"--I like that. Thanks, professor! Sincerely, IJO
