That BS demonstrates what I said earlier. She now had so many A/S to issue that she reduced the gross number to the equivalent of 950,000,000,000 Pre/RS shares.

Not only is she a crook, she also abuse those who do not understand the game.

Having no revenues Worth mentionning (other than selling shares) erasing this amount is the same as getting rid of something that cannot be paid anyhow.
