What is PHOT's A/S going to be on 2/7...? Looks like both BOTH FITX and PHOT's S/S's will match up pretty, pretty close ;)

March is when the sheet starts to hit the fan:

1. the first of the 2.4 billion restricted shares start getting released.

2. next quarterly is due and will have to show how the $12 mill in financing was financed (the 500,000 shares of premiere stock owned by the CEO, that translated into 5,000:1 voting shares means he doesn't have to have a shareholder vote to increase the A/S, imo)...that will be equal to 2.5 billion shares worth of votes with him alone on just the pr. stock...we will see if the A/S gets bloated at that time just on the $12 mill financing alone....it didn't show up in the current because that was the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2013 (even though it is materially significant and imo, should have shown up in the appropriate category in the filing). I got a feeling mouths will drop, but that's just me.

3. Ground will still be frozen in March.
