I still don't understand how they made it through this quarter without another A/S raise. At the clip they were going at, it couldn't have just stopped...
I agree with you that something drastic will happen with the S/S.
As far as the ground being frozen, that's as good an excuse as any I guess...
Pole barns do not require a full foundation and even if they did, they make insulated concrete forms. Once the building is up, they could heat the place and pour a floor.
I live near Chicago, and construction doesn't come to a halt because it's cold outside... If the frost tooth on the back hoe doesn't break the frozen ground then an air or hydraulic hammer will, and they deliver concrete year round.
Financing for phase 2 when you haven't even begun phase 1 should say a lot in itself.....
