That's correct DC..Was in one similar (shareholders as of certain date) Ran from .30 to 9.00..Desert Communications owned by INVA still has 58 Million in Contracts and Bidding for More..GL All.

Shareholders of record of the same date they announce the merger but if the price of the merger is higher than the previous close will be to late for newbies to buy since we will open with a gap .
