As I certainly understand some folks getting out, I also still think it is a real possibility that a merger/acquistion is in the works--it is really the only thing that explains all of this!

Some may think they can get share if this news comes true, but I think that if this is true, there is a possibility that only shareholders of record as of a certain date would be eligible for the deal. Is this correct?
