I just spoke with investor relations again.

Here is the summary of my phone call:

- They will release a response to The Street article **tomorrow**

- The response will specifically address inaccuracies and misleading statements in Adam's article.

- They have *not* received the minutes from the FDA yet and will publish the minutes when they receive it.

- I tried to press for more info about how the December meeting with the FDA went, and the investor relations representative said, "I can only tell you that we are very encouraged from the meeting with the FDA."
