Annie,

Google is saying...what is mine is mine and what is yours is mine. You invent it, we take it...sue us if you have the money. And Google follows the golden rule..."He who has the gold make the rules". In other words we have the money to buy the lawmakers who pass the laws that permit our taking of your invention.

While the courts, especially at higher levels, are honest they are slow...thus justice is denied to those that have little or no money.

Rigged game, the most you can hope for is to be on the right side. As you can see most market participants are siding with Google at this point. This is not to say VRNG won't prevail in the end but with the stock price still below $4.00 they are still betting on Liston and not Clay. With what we have in hand, against any other company we would be in the $8 to $10 range before knowing the RR.

You are totally wrong.

Google, just like any other defendants or plaintiffs, pick and choose their battles. And in the case of its battle with Vringo, it chose to fight till the bitter end for a reason. And IMO, that reason is not about the "power grab" like you had asserted, or about Google wanting to send a message to trolls.

A lot of their profit comes from hits on porn sites worldwide via adwords. Try and stop that, lol.
