They may or may not need additional funds but I find it doubtful.
You raise a very valid point though. Maybe there is no GIFT arrangement/contract and the picture yesterday was just a penny land ploy to suck in folks and pump up his pps. Seen it many times in penny land and I suspect that is exactly what it was.
The speculation and conclusions people are jumping to based on a picture are unbelievable.
Maybe it was just a picture of two friends or maybe it really was just a pump.
