Technically, the 3.7 million for the Class Action is a cash asset which was to be paid. And it fell within the arbitration time frame as well. If assets were frozen wonder how that works!
Justice for the shareholders. I hope those responsible for stealing our money pay for their crimes. They have it coming to them. Once they get jailed I will feel closure. Keep up the good work.
