Who Knows, I assume it to mean certain assets of Hi Tech per a court report I posted awhile back not the entire thing. But it's anyone guess now..

Technically, the 3.7 million for the Class Action is a cash asset which was to be paid. And it fell within the arbitration time frame as well. If assets were frozen wonder how that works!
