That is where I draw the line. I refuse to have a company cellphone so I can retrieve my emails 24x7.
And it's slightly more complicated than that.
We used to have Blackberrys that were issued by the company. Didn't have one of them either.
Then the company certified iphones and told employees you can BYOD and we'll install the company email program on it. And pay you $30 a month to let us use your phone.
Nice frigging try.
Pay me the $30 a month and pick up the phone and I'll answer. But I'm not using my phone for your emails.
