I saw that but didn't check into it further. There was a bloomberg article announcing Bill's new position. The article said he was in New York because they don't want everyone to know he lives in Dallas. He called yesterday and said he was on an early morning flight to New York and there were quite a few men commuting from Dallas to New York every week. Go figure
