Isn't it curious that the same people who were incessantly griping about insider selling are the also the same people griping about options? The same thing will probably happen too....you keep on showing the data that shows that IDCC was the best-performing wireless stock in 2001 and 2002 despite all the insider selling that occurred and they still keep on griping.......LOL.

teecee and blueskywaves, I have been around probably longer than the 2 of you. I have been continuously in IDCC since 1993 and over the years have just kept increasing my position. As far as Harry's investment, go back and check, I stand by what I said. The majority of his position was given to him over the years. As far as paying him with options in the past, I have absolutely no problem with that. What I have a major problem with is the fact that currently and for as long as the eye can see, we will not be having any cash flow problems so instead of paying him or anybody else for that matter with options is a very poor decision and only hurts investors and rewards management excessively.

After all the BS is over on wall street, in 5 maybe 10 years the financial geniuses who are currently saying options are a great way to reward employees will be saying that it was a blight on the financial markets that will take decades to fully work their way through the system and investors will be the ones paying the price. It wont be the management of companies since they will continue selling since shares as long as they know they will continue to receive more. The excesses of the 90's will take more than the current decade to work its way through the system but many otherwise intelligent people refuse to admit this.
