Yeah, but biasing the event distribution further toward the longer curve / higher variance of the treatment arm does increase the p-value associated with a given median pfs advantage. Of course, increasing it from .00015 to .0015 still leaves plenty of room for a positive outcome, but it's one more thing to consider.
