Penny my post to orangeman did not attack anybody so why you deleted it? If halil wanted or needed to expand in pougkeepsie,why wouldnt he buy the vacant lot thats for sale imediatly next to his building? no prob. and zoning will allow a property line adjustment to expand. no biggie
