This just gets better and better. My search results produced nothing as well. Are you kidding me? A seller of product doesn't even have a sales tax account? Looks like I have figured out why. To get a seller's permit in NC, the company must have a Secretary of State number. Since BBDA is not registered, as required by law, with the Sec State, it also cannot get a sales tax account. Join me in call the Department of Revenue to report this. They will be VERY interested in a company not reporting any sales for years.



Since BBDA also sells retail to consumers, the exclusive wholesale exemption would not apply.
