So if he's making sales as he is on the internet those sales are non reporting only the ones he makes in the state on NC and if he has made over the max allowed which IMO he had most likely has is looking at some legal bills and past taxes owed an maybe jail time it depends on how the state Atty. Gen. wants to proceed on it
