Having read all the opinions out there on whether we should vote "yes" or "no" on the increase in shares, I will say this... everyone should take a look at what has happened to shareholder value over the last year. Not too shabby considering all we do as shareholders is log into our favorite online brokerage and perform a few mouse clicks to buy shares. If in the end our shares have increased by 300% instead of 320% because of share dilution, are we really that bad off?
