TC-"more comfortable..new issue..sell you 30%". Yes I would because founders (e.g. Bill Gates) and owners (e.g. Venture Capital firms) that create private companies and build them to the point of taking them public will always be net sellers in the public market. 30% sale by insiders on IPO might be on the high side, but tolerable if the fundmentals were still compelling.
There is a big difference between the IPO scenario versus an already public successful company with an in-place management team requesting and granting themselves 34% of the company!! But, I am sure you know all this, so why ARE you sugar coating this outrageous proposal to increase ISO shares by ANOTHER 5M shares?
I enjoy all your posts but I must disagree with you on this one.
