If they still own them, there is no legal way that they can be kept from voting them. Class A shares are class A shares.

Yeah, i also heard the rumour that the Bs started the gray market thing to sell their shares..also heard that the lawyers and Plaintiffs participated in the gray Market set-up..and sold some or all of their shares. I tend to go with the lawyer thing. The truth?? i dunno.
