I guess you are trying to split atoms or hairs with this post. They may or may not still have shares of CDEX, owning shares of stock does not put them anywhere around the company.

MB and RB are not making any decisions anymore, they are not writing any pr's anymore, they are not at any board meetings anymore, and all of that simple means, they are not around CDEX.
