Is this not awesome...best part is release does not even designate an interim CEO. Looking at this, I truly believe this was a reverse merger and CTC in Kansas City just wanted access to the market. Was likely talked under the radar that Rob would resign shortly after the merger. That along with the late filings and no news, I anticipate either a R/S and rename to come in line with CTC, or an all out delisting (but I think CTC wants access to capital markets, hence wont do that right away) Either way, the situation at IWEB over the past two to three years has been truly pathetic...all the way around, from execution, to sales, to share price.

Yes, I also saw that press Release this morning.

Evidently, He has had a change of heart or it was inadverently a Mis-Print.

The Quarterly 10K is out, but a small 2013 loss compared to 2012 results only reflects the expense of the 2013 Expansion.

Rob Howe did in fact resign from IWEB.
I just got this e-mail:
