That's fine but have the compensation for incentive base product {patents} only become available when the patents have been licensed and sold and in IDCC's case not given away but rather creating earnings that match the reward. Were a little weak in this area.

The institutions and WS understand everything about the role of options in the compensation system as well as what insider sales represent. The lack of knowledge and understanding in these areas lies exclusively with some on this board and "Joe Investor" and no amount of press releases will ever change that. Please note that I am not making a statement about the appropriateness of past option grants or of this latest proposal. I am just commenting on your assertion that the institutions and WS need us to educate them on this subject.
