#7764 RE: rickapple1 #7761

Rick, I guess my theory is not that complex. Let me say though that IMO FH doesn't care about MM's and swing traders because he has gone on record as saying (indirectly) that he hates them. So... why would he have anything to do with them is my feeling/question!

My theorie(S):

1) FH is financially independent and he enjoys the freedom of being on the pinks. He personally has no urgent incentive to move the PPS up. Thus he is quiet and lives a good life. His EGO drives him in his job, not the potential to get rich. That leaves us (the common shareholder) high and dry. That also means that we are at risk of an r/s.

2) FH has a long term strategy that will reward the LONGS that hang in there. Since he has some friends in his neighborhood that invested and believed in him, he wants to be sure those folks don't get burned again (like what happened in the last r/s). The question is can he save them while letting us burn ...legally.

3) FH is lying to us and playing us like a fiddle. He pumps/dumps. If the O/S moves up near 9B and FH increases the AS limit, then that will tell all.

My gut tells me that 1) is the "Most Likely", however there may be some potential with option 2). I think 3) is possible but the least likely.

Rick(apple):

How are you? Interesting theory. As of right now, I just don't ascribe to your theory. The absence of volume (as of late) does not indicate the massive covering you have suggested.

However, your theory is not entirely implausible (regarding the CEO) engaging in some form of questionable tactics in keeping the PPS repressed.

Thanks.
