Everytime this moves.
It is because there is buying behind it, the company offers very little transparency. I have been in and out here last 2 yrs, every time pat has told me before it has moved, and last time was when Pat recommended it .055/.06, i traded it twice from around .07 to .14.
I sold most of my 500k shares at a.13 avg....So not quite 100% from my .07 avg

I believe Last year pat got me in at .08 then the stock went to .28, i will ask him, if hes unloading here as it looks to coming too double top. I agree with others that a move back under .10
could indicate a reentry....
hope it goes higher for u, but traders will also see the chart and profit take, so this will need big buying....
