Vtaros works locally for blood flow not systematic like Viagra does---- however I could see where Vitaros would increase blood flow and improve the odds for conception which is a huge business just ask your wife's GYN.. i was going to say just ask your GYN but with the censors on here erasing 90% of my posts i won't ;)

it will be a long time before topical alprostadil is approved for uses than sex health or OTC uses. For now the success of Viatros and femprox will be enough to drive the stock many times higher.

Used off label is an interesting thought though, topical alprostadil certainly could help people with deep wounds, leg ulcers, or scar tissue, it's even been know to increase nerve impulse transmission.

Alprostadil is injected to open acutely constricted arteries and veins. Topically, Could it cause vasodilation in other parts of the body the way it does for erectile tissue in men and women.? I don't know, but it was developed for Raynaund's Syndrome to increase blood flow to the hands. Would it work for improving athletic performance?
I doubt it cause dissipates so fast it may not increase performance more than a minute or 2. But erectile tissue is different, once the vasodilation starts you're off to the races.

Just an opinion, I'm no expert.
