At this point in time it is just assumed VAPE Holdings and Growlife Inc will be working together in a JV in the near future. There hasn't been any PRs concerning this, but if you do your DD then just the knowledge of Kyle Tracey being the former co-founder of Growlife Inc should be enough to solidify this claim. Coupled with both companies featured in ads on the Marijuana Index site as you've stated only adds to this assumption. For now, I'd believe they will have their growing equipment financed through PHOT so that they can focus on company branding, cannabis concentrate production/facility acquisitions, and E-Cig/Vaporizers/Hive marketing.

Check those trademarks and see who(A) bought the original trademark for the Marijuana Stock Index, and then look what they bought at the same time(B)...
