No it was purchased through Trident Aerial. If you open the link, you can see that the award date was 12/17/2013. Also the parts list is included in the order. Total price $88K. manufacture is LTAS. Be sure you open the AWARD TAB to see this information. Hey I missed the camera. Don't know what kind. I assume supplied by Trident also. I guess DoT added it on the fly! Was not in my original cut and paste in Dec.
