OMG! Basing the value of a mining property on a report from 1896?

Seriously? Not only is that report from 117 years ago, but many of those old reports were by scammers from that era. You do realize that mine scamming was as prevalent back then, as it is today, maybe more so? You know the old saying wrongly attributed to Mark Twain - something like "the definition of a gold mine is a hole with a liar standing next to it".

That will be good DD whenever a few...or perhaps even one of those "valuations" is ever realized on the many, many stocks for which they have been done over the years.

...none have that I am aware of even despite the fact they are always considered "conservative", "confirmed", minimum", "lowest", "bottom"...etc.

I have yet to see a stock get even close.

They have become a running joke in many circles....except...of course...to believers in a stock for which they are done.
