OMG! Basing the value of a mining property on a report from 1896?

Seriously? Not only is that report from 117 years ago, but many of those old reports were by scammers from that era. You do realize that mine scamming was as prevalent back then, as it is today, maybe more so? You know the old saying wrongly attributed to Mark Twain - something like "the definition of a gold mine is a hole with a liar standing next to it".
