The large miners have lowered production cost quite a bit. NUGT will move up if gold finds a base. NUGT provided incredible leverage with miners and the leverage of the ETF. I can't predict the bottom. I don't know who can. Most people are bearish and that could be a good time. The one group that was buying gold at the end of the year was Seacrest Securitiies.
