Van, please correct me if the following is in error.
Destiny for the last 10+ years has fought against a supposed unscrupulous shorter who according to the story was bilked out of a financing deal that never materialized. From that time on it became a personal vendetta to get even and ruin not only Steve V. but also destroy Destiny. This ongoing beast of a dispute has grown over time to possibly include those that have and still hold close ties to that first individual and his company. Since his death nothing has changed to improve Destiny's standing regarding short trading of the stock to this day. Apparently this element is hell bent on destroying both Steve V. and his company. My question to you or anyone that could give a plausible reply is WHY? Why would anyone perpetuate these type of actions? It cannot be $$$$ reasons to let this go on for so long can it? Also all the legal fees and the wrangling that has gone on between the company and the principal of the shorting concern has a cost to it. Maybe I am just the type after dropping a bomb on someone I vacate and do not hang around for a second or third screw let alone a 10-12 year odyssey.
