although i fully agree, the complaint should be stock manipulation. 4.18 then drops precipitously to 3.30? Market driven ? No way after the Q3 positives. and 48 hours ago after hours at 3.90 but due to LMCs time constraints and need for price closer to the 3.68, it suddenly after 2014 guidance and 2013 subs reports falls > 10 points...market driven????
