The company negotiated shares buybacks from insiders and retired them. Hence the reduction in the OS and AS and Foley's shares.

Nadia, great job! Here, folks, is exactly what she did...

She used NTEK's own numbers against them. She used the numbers that were in their own filings. She used their own descriptions as to what the shares were.

And to think some people get upset at others who scream that this is nothing more than a share dumping scheme for David Foley to first, put food in his mouth, but to also pay a mortgage (or rent), and to pay his lawyers the incredible amount of money he must own them. Remember, Foley filed for bankruptcy. Basically, he was broke.

Where is he getting all this money to survive? Now you know, and there's no way to deny it. One has to wonder how many millions of shares the others have dumped, then turn around and buy a small amount of shares (compared to how they made dumping their shares) so the shareholders see nothing but insiders buying shares. If one of them makes $75,000 dumping shares, so what if they buy $10,000 worth of shares back? Boy the shareholders sure suck it up! If still in doubt, do this:

REREAD NADIA'S POST!!!
