LETS PUT TO REST THE SHARE ARGUMENT AS NOT ONE person can prove that shares are being dumped and that shares haven't been retired thus reducing the total AS. The shares OS Dec 2012 were approx. 770 mil and the AS was 990 mil. Now according to the state of Nevada the AS is actually lower than the previous OS.
To suggest that this is a share selling scam or pump and dump simply does not hold water. Share selling and pump and dumps require the company or a shareholder to own such a significant amount of shares that as the shares come on the market the price declines. There is no evidence that any one person or entity involved with NTEK holds enough shares and plans on dumping those shares to cause the price to decline, as some suggest period!
There is absolutely no evidence of NTEK shares being dumped the past year, that being said that does not mean that insiders have not sold shares here and there. Any posts stating otherwise are pure speculation and conjecture by the individuals posting. IMHO GL
