Ask Mr. Turner if it is true that he is working with FINRA's Office of the Whistleblower regarding PVEC? Ask Mr. Turner if it is true or not that he recently became associated with the
SEC’s Microcap Fraud Working Group? If so, please advise him that using any such association as an instrument in pursuing personal vendettas is highly unethical.
